Timeline & Delivery
- Store closes April 5th at 8pm CST.
- Turnaround time is 14–28 business days from the store close date (shipping time not included).
- Orders will be packaged by Centsible Signs & Graphics and delivered to West Central Electric for employee distribution.
Please Note: All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of these items. We are unable to make changes, cancellations, or additions once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order before completing checkout to ensure everything is correct.

Processing Time
- All orders will ship within 6-10 business days (Monday-Friday), unless noted otherwise.
Estimated Shipping Times
- Delivery of your items will vary depending on your location and designated shipping method. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.
- Shipping time does not include the turnaround time we need to process your order.
- FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 (pre-tax).
- LOCAL PICKUP is available for local customers. Once your order is prepped, an email will be sent to you with pickup instructions and confirmation that your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 5 business days.
Incorrect Address/Returned Mail
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. Centsible Signs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to Centsible Signs can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Lost or Non-Delivered Packages
- Packages marked as delivered, but are "not received" are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands it is the property of the shipping carrier and we have very limited information available to us. Please contact your local carrier to escalate an investigation on your behalf as we are not able to track down lost packages on our end.
- Centsible Signs does not issue refunds on lost packages.

Returns and Exchanges
- To request a return please email ORDERS@CENTSIBLESIGNS.COM within 3 days of delivery date.
- All returns must be in NEW/NEVER WORN condition and postmarked within 10 business days from delivery. Returned orders will be for STORE CREDIT.
- Shipping costs associated with the order are not eligible for refund or store credit.
- The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email once the return is processed - credit will be awarded back to the account/email provided in the original purchase.
