We are closed on Mondays. Open Tuesday-Friday by appointment.
We request appointments be set because we want to be able to fully prepare for your arrival without interruptions. There are times that we are out on the job, or simply busy in the workshop.

What is your return policy? We sincerely hope you love your purchase. If for some reason you do not...
- To request a return please email ORDERS@CENTSIBLESIGNS.COM within 3 days of delivery date.
- All returns must be in NEW/NEVER WORN condition and postmarked within 10 business days from delivery. Returned orders will be for STORE CREDIT.
- Shipping costs associated with the order are not eligible for refund or store credit.
- The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email once the return is processed - credit will be awarded back to the account/email provided in the original purchase.
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?
Do you offer free shipping? We offer two ways to receive free shipping.
- Choose local pickup at check out to eliminate shipping costs.
- Place an order over $75, pre-tax, and you can choose the free shipping option at check out. You can also upgrade for an additional cost.
How long does shipping take? Our turnaround time is 9-12 business days on most items unless noted otherwise, Monday thru Friday, not including shipping time. Shipping time will depend on the shipping option chosen at check out.
What happens if my delivery is delayed? Centsible Signs is not responsible for carrier or weather-related delivery delays affecting the delivery of your order. How can I track my order once it has been shipped? Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information to the email entered during checkout.
